All sales are final. Because our products give immediate access to digital content and live work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay each instalment on time. Access may be paused if a payment fails, and you remain responsible for the full amount agreed.
