The Bridge

May 18, 20268 min read

It's been a couple of weeks since I last wrote.

In The Quiet Months I told you what was happening underneath. The four griefs running through one season. The work we were doing behind the scenes. The slow return.

This piece is what comes next.

I want to tell you what Trysted Soul is becoming. Not in a "rebrand" way, not in a "here's what's new" way; but in the way you'd tell a friend on a long walk what's actually been clarifying for you these past few months.

And I want to invite you into a six-Friday cycle that starts this week.

The negotiation is over

For the past year I've been negotiating with the shape of this work.

Not the methodology; that's been super clear for a long time. Reflexology. Somatic experiencing and release. The neurobiology and neurochemistry of trauma. Breathwork. Nervous System Regulation, Vagal toning. Meditation. That's the golden vault for our certified practitioners in training.

What I've been negotiating with is the container. How big it should be. Who it's for. How to scale it without diluting it. Whether to lean toward inner healing or business building. Whether to lead with the woundedness or the freedom.

A couple of weeks ago I sat with Wachuma. Long ceremony. And what came through, among many things, was a precision I'd been avoiding.

You can't bridge people across to something you yourself are still negotiating with.

So I stopped negotiating.

What we're actually building

Here's the one sentence:

We're building a bridge for healers, coaches, and conscious leaders to have an AI-automated Legacy business so they can stay in their zone of genius as teachers, as practitioners, as the people they actually are so they can have love and success simultaneously.

Not love or success. Not love and then, eventually, when you've earned it, success. Both. At the same time. For the family you have and the family that's coming.

That's the work.

Three layers, sitting on top of each other:

The methodology. The consciousness work. Nervous system. Body. Lineage. This hasn't changed and won't.

The infrastructure. The AI layer I'm building (internally we're calling it S.P.A.R.K.) that automates the marketing, the sales operations, the integration support, the client journey management, so practitioners can deliver the methodology at scale without burning themselves to ash to do it.

The bridge between them. The way one practitioner, you, if you're a healer or coach reading this, can have a real business that supports a real life, without losing the soul of what made you want to do the work in the first place.

That's what Trysted Soul is, from this point forward.

Why now? The wave

I want to name something that's been forming for two years.

AI is arriving in consciousness work whether the consciousness space wants it or not.

Some of you already feel it. You're seeing the AI life coaches appear on Instagram. The chatbot therapists. The automated journaling apps. The "AI-powered manifestation" courses that should embarrass anyone who buys them but are selling anyway.

It's getting worse before it gets better.

Here's the honest thing: there is a window (months, not years) for practitioners with real lineage to build the infrastructure layer themselves. Not get steamrolled by it. Not refuse to engage with it and lose their audience to a polished imitation a year from now. Not deploy it badly and become part of the problem.

Build it well. Anchor it inside real consciousness work. And keep the human work where it belongs i.e. at the centre, irreplaceable, sovereign.

That's what I've been building behind the scenes for months. And it's what the next phase of Trysted Soul is going to make available to practitioners who are ready to step into it.

More on that as the weeks unfold. I'm not going to rush it.

The new rhythm

Some of you have been with me for a long time. Some of you are new. Whichever you are, here's what to expect from me now:

Every Friday at 11am Eastern, for the next 6 weeks, I'm running a live workshop. 10am Peru. 4pm UK. The Australian and Bali crews catch the replay. Six different doorways into the same work. The summit on Friday 26 June is something I've been quietly building toward - I'll tell you about it properly when we're closer - it is SUPER exciting!

3 emails a week. Monday is this - long-form thinking out loud. Wednesday is a story from my actual week. Thursday is the door for Friday's masterclass. Then the weekend, which is for Samantha and the life we're building, respectfully, althoughI love you all are not for you. I promise to give you everything when I'm here. I'm asking nothing from you when I'm not.

One long-form piece a week. Alternating: Podcast one week, YouTube the next. Same idea each time - one teaching, walked at the depth audio or video allows.

Two Instagram posts a day, Monday to Sunday. Saturday is my direct to camera, life moments. Sunday is scheduled but silent from stories. The grid still moves; I just don't appear live.

If this rhythm isn't for you, the unsubscribe link is at the bottom and I genuinely mean it when I say that leaving is the right move if you're not in. The list is not the metric. The work is the metric.

Chaos to Calm — this Friday

The first masterclass in the new cycle is Chaos to Calm, this Friday 22 May at 11am Eastern. It's free. It's 90 minutes. And it covers what most of the breathing apps, mindfulness books, and cold plunge YouTube channels are getting wrong.

Here's what we go into:

→ What anxiety actually is: neurobiologically, somatically, energetically. Not "anxiety as a thought pattern to manage." Anxiety as information from the nervous system that your body is asking you to read.

→ How the vagus nerve, the diaphragm, and the reflexology points on the feet are connected and how to use that connection deliberately to move yourself out of sympathetic activation in under twenty minutes.

→ Why the standard "breathe deeply and count" advice fails for most of the people I work with and what works instead when the nervous system is actually dysregulated, not just stressed.

→ The somatic release sequence I use with private clients in the conscious collapse work. Modified for self-practice. You'll be able to do it the same night.

It's for healers, coaches, conscious leaders, practitioners, parents, anyone in the middle of the work who knows intellectually that the nervous system is the doorway but hasn't yet been given the specific sequence.

It's not for people in acute crisis who need clinical care - if that's where you are, please see someone qualified to support you in person. I'll still be here when you're ready.

Or comment ANXIETY on any of my recent corresponding Instagram posts and I'll send everything across.

What I've been quietly building

Behind the public side of things, the integration with AI inside the BE THE ONE, SOULIFY, and SERVE programs has gone deeper.

The infrastructure I mentioned earlier - S.P.A.R.K. - is being built in 4 phases over the next 12 months. Phase one is happening now. The whole point is to give practitioners working with me a runway-grade business spine that doesn't depend on them being online 16 hours a day to keep the lights on.

If you're a practitioner reading this, and any of that landed for you - you'll see more about it in the weeks ahead. The workshop on June 26th is where I open the conversation properly.

For now, the entry point is Chaos to Calm this Friday. That's the door.

Samantha

Through everything, Samantha has been building too.

Her brand Inner Arrival is live. She's now holding beautifully powerful biweekly Sound Healing Ceremonies and Kriya Yoga sessions which you can join for super cheap online. What she carries is real, lineage-rooted, and a merge of sound, somatics, therapy and plant medicine that I've not seen elsewhere in this space.

If you've been moved by her honesty over these past months, follow her work at @theinnerarrival on Instagram. She's writing the next chapter in her own voice in service for women looking to reclaim their own, and it's worth listening to.

That's everything for now.

Wednesday I'll send a story.

Thursday I'll send the door.

Friday at 11am Eastern we begin.

Let's gooooo,
